Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 83(JUD) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 83(JUD) "An Act relating to certain federal statutes, regulations, presidential executive orders and actions, and secretarial orders and actions; relating to the duties of the attorney general; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 83(JUD) pass the House?" Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
